Magnitude 5.3 earthquake hits southwest Iran
As in neighboring Afghanistan, the earth has now also shaken in the southwest of Iran. Nothing is yet known about the damage or casualties.
A magnitude 5.3 earthquake struck Iran Southwest of the country shaken. As the US Earthquake Observatory USGS reported on Sunday, the quake occurred at a depth of around ten kilometers. There were initially no reports of damage or casualties in the earthquake zone in the Gulf near Iraq.
