In the case of striker Robert Lewandowski, who is willing to change, speculation about a potential successor at German record champions FC Bayern Munich continues.

As the “Kicker” reported, the English national player Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur could fit the requirements of the German champions.

Kane still has a contract with the Premier League club until 2024. A transfer this summer would be difficult or almost impossible to implement due to the financial aspects, the specialist magazine wrote. Therefore, a commitment from the 28-year-old would probably only become an issue in 2023, when Lewandowski’s contract with Bayern expires.

The world footballer wants to switch to FC Barcelona. Those responsible at FC Bayern, headed by CEO Oliver Kahn and sports director Hasan Salihamidzic, have so far categorically rejected this.
