Crazy escape from a police checkpoint: A drug-intoxicated driver without a license evades the police in Gera at high speed. Their wild ride only ends when there is a lack of fuel.

A driver on the A4 is in front of the motorway, sometimes traveling at more than 200 kilometers per hour Police raced away – from Thuringia to Saxony.

The 33-year-old wanted to evade a traffic stop in Gera on Saturday evening, her escape finally ended in the Meerane area: her car stopped in a dead end with an empty tank, and the woman was stopped without resistance, as the police in Gera announced on Sunday. The police discovered that the woman did not have a driver’s license and was under the influence of drugs.

In Gera, the driver also drove significantly faster than permitted – and, according to the information, ignored several red lights.
