Coalition negotiations
:
“Whoever speaks, flies”
22 working groups with 300 politicians from the SPD, FDP and the Greens should clarify what a joint coalition agreement could look like. What is the wrestling about? Who takes on which tasks? And can all of this really be done by November 10th?

There is hesitation in the beginning. How is all of this supposed to be possible? At least in some negotiating teams that have been negotiating a traffic light government since Wednesday, this question arises. 300 politicians from three parties are supposed to work in 22 working groups from the “Modern State” to “Finances and Budget” to clarify everything that the SPD, Greens and FDP have to agree on in a coalition agreement. The working groups are subject to strict regulations. When to negotiate and how many lines of text are allowed – everything is precisely regulated. Especially the deadline: November 10th, 6 p.m.
