Traffic control in Ottersberg: Too drunk for the alcohol test – Ebersberg

Early on Sunday morning, a patrol from the Poing police station noticed a road user. This drove in Ottersberg with the high beam switched on and too little distance behind the police car. The 19-year-old Poinger behaved cooperatively at the traffic control, but smelled strongly of alcohol. The young man only managed the corresponding test on the third attempt – the result was all the more clear. According to the test device, the driver had 1.8 per thousand, which is why a blood sample was taken to precisely determine the alcohol concentration. The young novice driver can now expect criminal proceedings, withdrawal of the driver’s license and a medical-psychological examination.
