Traffic control in Kirchseeon ends with arrest – Ebersberg

A routine traffic check by the Ebersberg police on Saturday for a 30-year-old from Munich had consequences in two respects. The man not only had to hand in his car keys in Kirchseeon because he had got behind the wheel with a blood alcohol content of just under 0.8, in the further course of the check it also turned out that there were two arrest warrants against the young man. The man was then taken to the Ebersberg police station for further action. According to the police, the prison sentence could be averted by paying the outstanding amount of money, and the young man was allowed to leave the police station that same night. The Munich now expects an administrative offense procedure because of alcohol in traffic.
