Tour de Martinique in round skiffs 2022: Ufr/Chanflor wins the last stage at François and Sara/Autodistribution wins the competition

The placement of Martinique on yellow alert this Sunday (August 7, 2022) has changed the organization of the 7th and final stage. On a course finally departing from Vauclin, it is the skiff Ufr/Chanflor which arrives in the lead at François. The general classification is won by Sara/Autodistribution (Marin).

This tour is indeed that of the Sara/Autodistribution crew. Despite his unfavorable position on the starting line, he succeeded thanks to a perfect technique to make a passage and find himself in the lead at the exit of Vauclin.

But behind, comes back like a Ufr/Chanflor racing car by Félix Merine, the other great animator of this 36th edition.

The two skiffs engage in a formidable race but Robert’s skiff is the fastest. Félix Merine and his teammates attack at 1:27 p.m. at the Thierry islet in François. Diany Rémy and his family resisted for a few minutes but it was useless given their large advantage in the general classification.

On arrival, in front of a very large crowd, Félix Mérine and his teammates won the last stage at Le François.

The couriers of Sara Autodistribution with their boss Diany Rémy (whose mother’s birthday it is) brilliantly win their second round after 2019.
