Over and over: “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Tori Spelling has officially filed for divorce from husband Dean McDermott.

Former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Tori Spelling (50) is said to have officially filed for divorce from her husband Dean McDermott (57). This emerges from documents from a court in Los Angeles, which are available to the US magazine “TMZ”.

Tori Spelling cites “irreconcilable differences.”

The marital problems of Spelling and her husband have been well documented for several months: the former teen star announced her separation from McDermott in August 2023. Spelling is now said to have stated June 17, 2023 as the date of separation in the court documents and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the desired dissolution of the marriage.

According to TMZ, the US actress also mentions in the court documents that she does not have a prenuptial agreement and that the extent of the joint assets and property must be determined in the course of the proceedings. She should also demand spousal support from McDermott, while rejecting his right to support. Spelling is also asking for her legal fees to be covered.

McDermott should only receive visitation rights for children

When it comes to custody, Spelling is said to insist that their five children Liam (17), Stella (16), Hattie (12), Finn (11) and Beaux (7) remain in her care. However, she is open to McDermott being granted visitation rights.

Tori Spelling met and fell in love with Canadian actor Dean McDermott while filming the TV movie “Mind Over Murder” when she was still married to Charlie Shanian (59). McDermott and Spelling tied the knot in May 2006 and lived together in a villa in Los Angeles until their separation.
