The Argentine hooker was, however, very energetic when he came on at the start of the second half. Unfortunately for rowing, he received a yellow card in the 73rd minute, leaving his partners at 14 for money time. A minute later, Bordeaux went back in front.
Damian Penaud
The international winger was very discreet against Bayonne. Little used, he did not have his usual influence and this may explain the difficulties encountered by his team in creating a sufficient gap, particularly in the first period. He only covered 17 meters with the ball in hand, which is far from his usual standards.
Matthew Jalibert
The international fly-half was unfortunate when he failed to flatten a harmless ball in his in-goal. He thus offered a gift try to the Bayonnais while the UBB was well in place in the first period.
