After a tribute to the police officer killed in a terrorist attack in Rambouillet a few days earlier, Camille Chaize announces the theme of the day: professional opportunities for young people in Place Beauvau.
Internships, work-study contracts, civic service, involvement in police and gendarmerie reserves, volunteering with firefighters…: the range is wide. “We are also taking 3rd year interns, but get started very early! », Underlines the spokesperson, mask on the nose. “It is important to make young people aware of this diversity, to give them the opportunity to engage in citizenship missions”, she commented to 20 minutes before the start of the stream.

At his side in the premises of the Ministry of the Interior, Vivian, 25, shares her experience with the emerging community of the channel. The young man joined the monitoring center of the Ministry of the Interior as part of a fixed-term contract for two years. Its missions consist of analyzing and filtering the information collected by the police and the gendarmerie to share it with other ministries. “I did a three-month internship at the prefecture of Drôme, then a work-study program at the Paris police headquarters”, he explains to Internet users who “has always had an interest in local authorities”.
