The sale of the much-desired 4-day passes for the 17th edition of the extreme music festival in Clisson June 27 to 30, 2024), which was to take place next Tuesday, will finally take place in two stages.
“Aware of the difficulties that some people may encounter in the face of this new expense only a few days after the end of the 2023 edition, we have decided to split the 2024 sale into two separate sessions, thus giving everyone more chances to be able to get a ticket for next year”, announce the organizers of the biggest metal event in Europe. The first half will therefore be available on Tuesday, and the other between next September and October, as usual.
Criticisms expressed
One way to respond to the criticisms that have been rising for a few days as to the choice of the organizers to ask festival-goers to go back to the checkout, barely ten days after the 2023 edition. Because like last year, it will be necessary to pay 329 euros , excluding rental costs, to be able to participate in the party.
The date chosen, a little later in June, has also given rise another controversy as it risks upsetting the ecosystem of festivals. Another major musical event in the region, the Nuit de l’Erdre is traditionally scheduled for the same weekend.
