To procrastinate is to be lazy

Procrastination affects all areas: work, school homework, social relationships, housework, sport, calling your grandmother… Anything that requires decision-making or execution is likely to push you to procrastination. And the worst thing is that putting off what needs to be done doesn’t prevent you from doing another activity like watching a film, surfing the networks or spending time on the terrace.

So, is procrastinating being lazy? And if so, is it wrong?
