Attacker Timo Werner could leave Chelsea in the summer, consultant Volker Struth is probably already looking for possible new employers for his client.
Like the english one express reports, the top London club is ready to let the German international go in the summer after two years – provided the Blues find a new owner and are allowed to make transfers again. In this regard, however, there is optimism in the management floor.

A move to Italy in particular could be a hot lead, Werner’s advisor Volker Struth has met with representatives from Juventus Turin, AC Milan and Atalanta Bergamo in the past few days. But it should not only have been about the Chelsea striker. For example, Struth also represents Julian Weigl, who should not be happy at Benfica Lisbon.
BVB should also still be in the running for the former Leipziger, especially since the player himself could very well imagine a move to Germany.
Werner’s contract with the reigning Champions League winner is valid until 2025. Should a club bid around half of the 55 million euros once paid, Chelsea would apparently not put any obstacles in the 26-year-old’s way.
