Tiantian Kullander, co-founder of Amber Group, dies at 30

Amber Group co-founder Tiantian Kullander, known as TT, died suddenly in his sleep on November 23. followReport from the official website of the company.

In addition to co-founding Hong Kong-based Amber Group, TT sits on the board of e-sports company Fnatic and founded KeeperDAO, a DeFi protocol that allows buy, borrow and stake assets with protection from miner value extracted (MEV) bots.

In an official statement, Amber Group stated that TT has dedicated both their hearts and souls to the company. as an example in “Intellect, generosity, humility perseverance and his creativity.”

Amber Group was started in 2015 by founders Michael Wu, Tiantian, Huo and He, as well as Bloomberg LP developer Thomas Zhu. They began working full time on the project in 2017.

TianTian previously served as Structured Credit Trading at Goldman Sachs and Emerging Markets Trader at Morgan Stanley, and in 2019 was named in the Forbes Under 30.

Arthur Cheong, founding partner at DeFiance Capital, said: “The industry has lost its youth. And most importantly, someone who has a good heart.”

Tom C, co-founder of Automatic Market Maker (AMM) Charm Finance, also noted on Twitter that TT is “one of the most sincere and talented people” he knows.
