There hasn’t been a comparable media gallop to a talk show for a long time – and anyone who only followed it out of the corner of their eye could be happy: Greta Thunberg at Maischberger, the childlike empress of the climate movement, which is now apparently in favor of the continued use of nuclear power in Germany, the editors had already leaked that much to increase the quota. And then Wolfgang Kubicki, the doyen of the suffering FDP, who would welcome an extension of the term if only because his liberals could finally show something to the traffic light-frustrated supporters after several total losses in state elections. Kubicki’s partner in crime and party leader Christian Lindner had already set the tone and sent an FDP party book to Sweden by registered mail: “I welcome the encouragement of #FFF initiator Greta #Thunberg for the FDP position to leave our #nuclear power plants online”, he wrote on Twitter. So a turning point, again?
