Ten days ago, a man who was in the parking lot of the Argoulets, in Toulouse, is attacked by three young people with hidden faces. Under the duress of a knife and a hammer, they force him to give him the keys of his car as well as his phone, before striking him and to flee with the vehicle. The victim, spotted by passers-by, is taken care of by the emergency services.

The same day, during a control at the Rose Garden, the police arrested a driver at the wheel of the stolen car. This 18-year-old without a license had recovered the car from another receiver. Both were taken into police custody and are subsequently called to court.
As for the three suspects, the adult was to be tried in immediate appearance and the two minors presented before a juvenile judge with a view to their indictment.
