The Paris prosecutor’s office announced, Tuesday March 19, the arrest of three people on Sunday, following the computer attack targeting France Travail and “potentially” the personal data of 43 million people. They will be presented during the day to an investigating judge with a view to their indictment, adds this same source.

These three people were born in 2000, 2001 and 2002 and were arrested: two were arrested in Ardèche and one in Yonne. “The section in charge of the fight against cybercrime of the Paris public prosecutor’s office requires their placement in pre-trial detention”specifies the press release.

A judicial investigation was opened from the heads “fraudulent access and maintenance in an automated data processing system, extraction of this data, fraud and laundering”, details the Paris prosecutor’s office which adds that each of these offenses is “aggravated by the circumstance of an organized gang”.
