Three minors charged after violent assault

They are between 15 and 16 years old. Three minors were indicted for “attempted murder”, “failure to assist a person in danger” and “meeting theft”. This follows the violent attack last week of a 15-year-old teenager in Rosny-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), in a coma since, according to the Bobigny prosecution. One was placed in pre-trial detention, the second is under judicial supervision.

Seriously injured in the head on October 31, the 15-year-old teenager, in a coma since the attack, was transferred to the Parisian hospital of Pitié-Salpêtrière.

The circumstances of the assault are still unclear. According to a source close to the investigation, a dispute over a cap was the cause of the attack. The prosecution did not confirm this hypothesis.
