It was a walker who gave the alert. He had seen the four wheels of a car protrude from a shallow pond at Beuvraignes, in the Somme. Rescuers intervened on Saturday and extracted three bodies from the vehicle, reports France Blue Picardy.
The three victims are men between the ages of 30 and 50. The gendarmerie of Montdidier, in the neighboring Oise, favors the theory of the accident after a drunken evening. Friends of the victims had also contacted the military to report these disappearances after a party.
