Thomas Müller has already tested positive for Corona again. And again it hit the Bayern star in February.

Bayern star Thomas Müller (32) has been infected again with the corona virus. The soccer professional had already tested positive in February 2021. On his Instagram account the 32-year-old celebrates the “anniversary” with gallows humor.

“Unfortunately, February greets you,” writes Thomas Müller about his video message. He is apparently alluding to the cult film “Groundhog Day”, in which Bill Murray (71) experiences a day over and over again.

“Unfortunately, I tested positive for the corona virus again in February. A sad anniversary, but I’m fine so far,” says Müller in the Instagram video. “Thank you for the well wishes. I’ll be having a good rest this week and I’ll be back to business soon, I hope.”

Get well wishes from Felix Neureuther

Felix Neureuther (37) sends recovery wishes via Instagram. The former ski racer was also recently infected with the corona virus.

FC Bayern Munich had Thomas Müller’s positive test result on Monday announced on its website. “He’s fine, he’s in domestic isolation,” the statement said. Thomas Müller will definitely miss Bayern’s next Bundesliga game at Eintracht Frankfurt
