Thomas Gottschalk’s “Wetten, dass ..?” Comeback was a complete success.

Thomas Gottschalk and “Wetten, dass ..?” dominate the audience on Saturday with a sensational value of almost 14 million.
“We’re excited now”, showmaster Thomas Gottschalk (71) whispered to his colleague Frank Elstner (79) at the end of the “Wetten, dass ..?” Comeback show on Saturday evening (November 6th, 8:15 pm, ZDF) zu … If he meant the audience rating, it is now clear that the team can look forward to a sensational success.
A total of 13.804 million viewers tuned in. As reported by “quote Meter “, 4.34 million of them could be assigned to the younger audience. The station thus achieved “a total market share of 45.7 percent and an indescribable 50.2 percent share in the younger market”.
The competition was left behind
There was definitely competition: the crime story in the first, “Das Lied des toten Mädchen” (The Song of the Dead Girl), tuned in to 3.94 million. On ProSieben’s live show “The Masked Singer” 2.2 million and on RTL, Lukas Podolski (36) and “Das Supertalent” 0.78 million viewers.
