A 73-year-old from Pöring had had a suspicion for a long time: whenever her cleaning man had been there, cash was missing from her bathing bag. Now she has contacted the Poing police – and the suspicion has been confirmed.
The officials set a trap for the 36-year-old cleaning man from the Munich district. They laid out money and monitored the house while the cleaner was there. And indeed: When the man left the house, he had 35 euros with him that did not belong to him.
The perpetrator was arrested and confessed. After consultation with the public prosecutor’s office, a security deposit of 500 euros was ordered. According to the police, the security deposit is necessary because the cleaner was fired without notice and he now has neither a job nor an apartment and it can be assumed that he will return to his home country Hungary.
