Sony has the three new PS Plus Essential games for February officially unveiled, which you can secure with the subscription at no additional cost. We’ll introduce you to the new games.
These three games will be on PS Plus Essential in February 2024
When will the new games be available? You can’t secure the games now, you’ll have to wait a few more days. As always, the new titles will be activated on the first Tuesday of the new month, which this time falls on February 6, 2024 falls.
There is no exact time for activation, but it usually takes place around lunchtime. So we assume that the games between 12 p.m. to 1 p.m will be available and, as always, you will find out more on GamePro.de when the time comes.
Remember the PS Plus games from January!
Since the new games won’t go live for a few days, you still have a little time to secure last month’s titles if you haven’t already done so. And that’s worth it. There were some really good games in January, including A Plague Tale: Requiem.

Foamstars

Foamstars plays like Splatoon – only on PS5 and with foam instead of paint

- Genre: Multiplayer shooter
That’s what it’s about: Foamstars is a colorful party shooter in which you compete against each other in teams of four. The title is a bit reminiscent of Splatoon, but instead of paint you shoot with the foam that gives it its name. This allows you to change the layout of the arena, for example by building foam castles that you can surf up or destroying your opponents’ buildings.
Rollerdrome

- Genre: Action
That’s what it’s about: Rollerdrome is a wild mix of Max Payne and Tony Hawk. Here you not only do skate tricks, but also shoot your way through arenas. The whole thing is rounded off with slow-motion action and a retro-futuristic look.
Steelrising

Steelrising – The Soulslike from Spiders is looking better and better

- Genre: Multiplayer shooter
That’s what it’s about: The action RPG Steelrising is set in an alternative steampunk world at the time of the French Revolution. Here Louis XVI uses. namely a robot army to put down the uprisings. We ourselves play Marie Antoinette’s robot bodyguard with Aergis.
By Soulslike standards, the level of difficulty is set quite low and you can also adjust the challenge using the game help mode.
