From now on, the theater will be run neither by a single person nor by a dual leadership, but by a four-person “management group”, which includes the director Marie Bues and the dramaturg Martina Grohmann, the dramaturg and director Tobias Herzberg and the author and dramaturg Mazlum Nergiz. Bues and Grohmann have already directed the Rampe Theater in Stuttgart together, Herzberg and Nergiz were together in the dramaturgy of the Gorki Theater in Berlin; But the four of them have never worked together before.
