In the distant future, when historians bend over March 28, 2023 to wonder what kind of day that was, they may not come to a clear conclusion. But the recording of the broadcast of the morning magazines on radio on WDR 2. The presenter came to the conclusion several times between 7.55 a.m. and 8.10 a.m. that it should be a “sunny day” and that it was undoubtedly at that moment, regardless of the threatening fact that it was in the afternoon many (!) clouds were announced. “It’s so sunny in North Rhine-Westphalia!” The moderator called out as soon as the opportunity arose between two songs: “The sun is shining from the blue sky.”
