The 16 participants in the new RTL show “Die Verräter” are certain: These celebrities come to Sonja Zietlow in the castle.

This completes the squad: On Wednesday, RTL announced a further nine prominent candidates for the new show “The Traitors – Trust Nobody!” announced. Actress Mariella Ahrens (54), “Unter Uns” star Timothy Boldt (32), “Princess Charming” Irina hose (32), sports journalist Ulrike von der Groeben (66), entrepreneur Shermine Shahrivar (40), quiz master Sebastian Klussmann (34 ), advertising icon Friedrich Liechtenstein (67), rapper Sabrina Setlur (49) and pop singer Vincent Gross (27) complete the field of participants.

These seven celebrities were already known

They join the seven celebrities already published by RTL: “GZSZ” star Susan Sideropoulos (42), “Tatort” star ChrisTine Ursprechen (52), the two actors Claude-Oliver Rudolph (66) are also there. and Florian Fitz (55), rapper Jalil (36), former national handball player Pascal Hens (43) and pop singer Anna-Carina Woitschack (30).

This is how the new show with Sonja Zietlow works

All 16 stars have now been determined who will fight with and against each other for 50,000 euros from September 20, 2023. Among them are three traitors who want to grab the treasure for themselves. Game director Sonja Zietlow (55) secretly selects this. Each night they get to eliminate one of the other contestants, called “Loyals” in the show’s terminology. The loyal ones, on the other hand, have to unmask a traitor. Unlike the celebs, viewers know who the bad apples are right from the start.

The concept of the show is reminiscent of the party game known as werewolves or mafia. The new show can be seen every Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. on RTL from September 20th. On RTL+ the first two episodes of the adaptation of a successful Dutch format can already be seen on September 13th.
