The Chancellor is brimming with confidence again – or is that naive? “We probably won’t reach 100 percent,” said Olaf Scholz recently, referring to what the traffic light has set out to achieve. “But I think it’s possible that we’ll end up at 90 percent.” A lot is actually possible, especially in this coalition.
