The String Days at the University of Music and Theater – Munich

The end of these stimulating and quite amusing 11th String Days in the Great Hall of the University of Music was very touching: two “warriors” of this institution who were covered in fame and laurels said goodbye to their professorships and, as confident soloists, offered Wolfgang Amadé Mozart’s Sinfonia concertante with an extraordinary performance Chamber orchestra in which illustrious colleagues such as Julia Fischer, Mi-kyung Lee, Roland Glassl, Wen-Sinn Yang and master students sat in order to honor the two heroes by playing music together.
