The Seebensee offers deep relaxation – but without bathing fun

In the seclusion of the Tyrolean mountains, Isabelle Zeiher finds deep relaxation – even if she doesn’t go swimming there.

Absolute silence. Not a word, no noise, no stress. Just cowbells. I’m sitting at the Seebensee. Views of the highest point of the Wetterstein Mountains: the Zugspitze, which is reflected in the water. I walked here for a good three hours. My head is red from exertion, my body is burning. I still don’t want to go in the water.
