There was a lot of praise a year ago for the premiere of the Regensburg “Sparks & Visions” festival. The fact that the capital of the Upper Palatinate, one of Bavaria’s jazz centers, can be proud of a brilliant international jazz festival is thanks to a private initiative. Anastasia Wolkenstein, who has been running a booking agency there for 15 years, was on the trail. And now continues with an equally ambitious program from January 19th to 21st.
