Another protagonist will surrender. The lawyer for a man claiming to be the second passenger in Pierre Palmade’s car to flee after Friday’s crash has called investigators to say his client will report to law enforcement, said AFP learned on Wednesday from a source familiar with the matter.
A man suspected of being the other passenger, as well as a woman who was hosting him, were arrested in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine), according to a police source. The man arrested, a 33-year-old Moroccan, had not denounced himself to the police, added a police source.
The comedian expresses his “shame” after the accident
Wednesday morning, two of the three victims of the car hit by that of Pierre Palmade “were still in intensive care”, said their lawyer Mourad Battikh, on BFMTV. The accident of the star comedian took place Friday around 7:00 p.m., on the D372 at Villiers-en-Bière.
