9:11 a.m .: The convoy will travel 300 km through Scotland this Sunday

Three days after the death of Elizabeth II, Thursday at Balmoral Castle, her coffin will leave her summer residence this Sunday at 11 a.m. French time, direction Edinburgh. The funeral convoy will then reach the neighboring village of Ballater at 11:12 a.m. before reaching Aberdeen, Scotland’s third largest city, around noon. After a tribute from the local authorities, a public exhibition of the coffin is planned in the historical park of the city.

At 3:15 p.m. it will stop in Dundee, then at 5 p.m. the hearse will arrive at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland.
