The prosecution requires a trial against 17 men from the “French Bukkake” platform

They are suspected of sexual violence committed in the context of making pornographic videos. The Paris prosecutor’s office on Monday requested a trial for these 17 men involved in the “French Bukkake” platform. Are particularly concerned, the leader of the platform, his partner, a recruiter of actresses and ten actors.

These suspects should be tried before the criminal departmental court of Paris, in particular for rape, gang rape, trafficking in human beings in an organized gang or aggravated pimping, according to the final indictment of which AFP has knowledge. An eighteenth man is also implicated, but for concealed work laundering. The prosecution requested that he appear before the Paris Criminal Court.

A tout and aggravated rapes

It is now up to the two investigating judges in charge of the investigations to decide whether or not to hold a trial. This judicial investigation, opened in October 2020, revealed the violent cynicism of a pornographic industry “beset by strong tensions between producers and directors”, engaged in “fierce competition to discover new actresses” and earn more Internet spectators, underlines the prosecutor in her indictment.

However, in this case, the recruitment for “French Bukkake”, named after a sexual practice, was based on “a ploy” orchestrated by Julien D., accuses the prosecution, who is asking for a trial against him for rape, complicity in gang rape and trafficking in human beings in an organized gang. This tout is accused of having created fictitious characters online to “coax” precarious young women and “direct them towards filming (…) where they suffered new acts of aggravated rape”, which he “knew full well” , denounces the prosecution.

A “state of bewilderment”

For their part, the two other main defendants, the director of the site and director Pascal OP and his partner Mathieu L. “necessarily knew that the complainants were victims of a plot during their recruitment”, estimates the prosecution, which exploited their telephone exchanges. During filming, where the majority of complainants mentioned the presence of alcohol and narcotics, the actors “were prohibited from discussing” with the actresses, remarks the prosecution.

The latter described “a state of amazement”, discovering “on the spot” the number of male partners and not being “informed of the sexual acts which would be carried out”. “The sexual acts were linked on their person by surprise, without them being able to apprehend them and therefore to consent to them”, denounces the public prosecutor.
