After studying a video filmed by a witness and widely distributed on social networks, the IGPN explains that he heard Florian M. shout “Cut, cut”, then speaking in a third voice “can be attributed” to Florian M’s colleague .who would have shouted: “You’re going to take a bullet in the head”, according to the report. Florian M. further states that, on June 27, he was on “his ninth consecutive working day”.
