Godzilla vs Kong by Adam Wingard, that’s all you’d expect from a monster movie. The two well-known titans clash once again merrily, threatening to destroy the Earth in this entertainment available on VOD from Thursday.
Adam Wingard plunges his story into the MonsterVerse, this imaginary place which brings together many big critters such as the two oversized heroes of the title and Mechagodzilla. Brief appearances of other monumental stars whose surprise we leave you with are also very encouraging. “I treated Godzilla and Kong as if they were real characters with these feelings and not accessories that only serve as a pretext for fights,” says the director in the press kit.

The clashes between the titans offer great moments of rejoicing as the two characters played by Alexander Skarksgard and
Rebecca hall count the points in the hope that our planet will survive the shock. The stupid lovers will find it difficult to choose their camp between these enormous stars, one hairy, the other scaly, determined to discover some. “I never succeeded because each one has qualities which are specific to him,” insists the director.
Released in March, simultaneously in theaters and on platforms in some countries, Godzilla vs Kong has made a success of it scoring the best score since the start of the pandemic. He has already rounded up nearly
400 million of dollars around the world. If Warner also plans to release it in French theaters as soon as they reopen, VOD is the only legal way to enjoy the confrontation without further delay.
