On the day of archery, Mara was almost unstoppable. “She was so full of energy, maybe she was spurred on by my hunting instinct,” says Florian Wagner and laughs. The photographer and his mare are actually a well-rehearsed team, tried and tested on many trips. But riding and shooting at the same time? Both of them were nervous.
