Furthermore, the Minister took advantage of this visit to emphasize the importance of prevention in the face of extreme heat, “we must hammer out the prevention messages” says Aurélien Rousseau. “In red vigilance, everyone is concerned by the risk” said the Minister of Health. “These are not messages to worry people. It’s to say: we know what to do, hydrate regularly, don’t go out, don’t play sports. It’s first of all a message of alertness.”
Aurélien Rousseau also returned to the controversy over the establishment of a toll free number , considered by some to be an unnecessary gimmicky measure. Controversy “surprising” for the minister who underlines “People call us because they don’t dare disturb their family”.
