The mind-blowing images of a man jumping on the roof of a skyscraper in New York

Images that give chills! A man was seen jumping from one awning to another on the roof of a 20-storey skyscraper in New York (United States) on Monday, reports FOX 5 New York.

The scene was filmed by Erik Ljung, who worked in the building opposite. “We were in a conference room and the photographer asked me if we could shoot in the room. So I’m at the window to check the light (…) and as soon as I looked outside, I saw this man jumping from awning to awning, ”he said.

“I don’t do anything dangerous”

The photographer then posted the video on his Instagram account. We see a man in a suit and tie appearing to make a phone call. Then, after hanging up, he rushed to join a window where he engulfed. All this several tens of meters above the ground, in the rain and without any protection.

This man, Joseph Smizaski, is the operations manager for the Financial District building at 90 West St. He told the New York Post having gone to the roof to check that a leak had been repaired at the level of a skylight: “I was just doing my job. “A stunt that he is obviously used to performing. “I don’t do anything dangerous and I don’t let my men do anything dangerous,” he said, amazed that the video of his exploits went viral.
