A federal judge overseeing the case of former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) has denied a request from his legal team to dismiss him on all but three criminal charges.

Bankman-Fried It will face a total of eight charges beginning in December 2022, with four more in February 2023 and one related to bribery of Chinese government officials in March 2023.
