The German state is too offline – a comment – economy

The German administration actually wants to become more digital. But for this to succeed, there must be a painful culture change.

A surprising number of political problems would be solved if the state were more digital. Citizens would be less annoyed. The administration would not be outdated, but cheaper. And accommodating. Completed forms would be sent to you automatically as soon as you needed them. Or even before you know you want to send them.
