The film enjoys unexpected success with teenagers on TikTok

“It’s unheard of,” declared Marc Missonnier, producer of the film, who said he was “unable” to know how far this success would take the film. “The usual models do not apply, the big question is what will happen after the end of the school holidays” on Sunday.

“The theaters tell us that they have never had so many young people under 20 or 25 come to see a French auteur film,” he added, recounting having been “completely overwhelmed” by the craze on TikTok.
