The child was found dead in the bathtub of an apartment in a poor neighborhood, his body marked with multiple bruises and partially frozen, according to a source close to the investigation.

The Perpignan public prosecutor, Jean-David Cavaillé, requested the indictment, for “non-denunciation” of the murder of the seven-year-old boy, the paternal uncle, aged 33, and the grandmother. paternal mother, aged 61. The child’s autopsy will take place on Monday. “Psychological support (…) has been put in place for the benefit of the maternal grandmother and the mother of the children,” he writes again.

Jean-David Cavaillé requested the indictment of the father, aged 28, for “murder of a minor aged 15” concerning his son and “attempted murder” against his two daughters, aged three and four. “The medical examinations of the two girls”, who had been hospitalized, “show multiple lesions on the body and face”, also specifies the prosecutor in a press release.
