The eye of Alexandre Roos after the last stage of the Tour de France: Jonas Vingegaard double Tour

This Tour de France will have looked like our suitcases after three weeks of transhumance, the overflowing bag of dirty laundry, the empty tube of toothpaste twisted in all directions, the orphan socks wandering here and there. They were everywhere, like throughout the race, and like every year when we rushed through the empty streets of Paris, elbows on the door, the images overlapped in our minds, the empty and sad looks of Mark Cavendish and Romain Bardet when they retired, the standstill between Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard at the top of Joux Plane, the joy of Victor Lafay, the emotions of Thibaut Pinot.
