The Paris judicial court canceled on Friday for “irregularities” the entire procedure targeting seven relatives of the ultra-right who were appearing for participation in a group with a view to committing violence after the France-Morocco World Cup semi-final.
The court notably considered that the arrests of the defendants in a bar in the 18th arrondissement of Paris on December 14, 2022, the evening of the France-Morocco match, were not within the scope of action assigned to the police that evening and the was therefore canceled as well as the minutes drawn up on the occasion.
