English supporters attacked in Lille the day before the match?
British supporters were allegedly attacked in Old Lille on Wednesday evening, according to the Parisianwho report that five hooded people attacked them while they were helping a drunk person in the street.
The suspects fled when the police intervened, but two individuals – who were wearing protective gloves – were finally arrested and placed in police custody. The alleged victims did not file a complaint and there were no injuries treated by emergency services.
