The founder and director of the renowned school of osteopathy Atman, in Valbonne, near Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes), is now under judicial control. Affected by at least four complaints, Marc Bozzetto was indicted for sexual assault on April 15, said Wednesday to 20 minutes the public prosecutor of Grasse Fabien Atzori, confirming
information from Nice morning.

All the alleged victims, women, reported the same actions to investigators. According to information from the regional daily, it is “kisses on the breasts, cunnilingus, masturbation, crude words, digital penetration” that Marc Bozzetto justified by evoking a method of pelvic osteopathy. In February, the 80-year-old man announced that he was withdrawing from his school.

The case was launched in 2016. A student then filed a complaint in Montreal where she accused Marc Bozzetto of sexual assault for ninety minutes during a symposium. Since then, several complaints had been added and a judicial investigation had finally been opened on December 15 by the prosecutor’s office in Grasse.
