For several months, the Morbihan departmental council has undertaken work there to make the coastal path accessible to the general public. audience. But that doesn’t please everyone.

Between September 3 and 4, significant damage was noted on the newly installed fences with damage visible over more than a kilometer. “The wires were torn out and many posts sawn,” deplores the departmental council, specifying that “these fences make it possible to channel the public onto the path in optimal safety conditions, in particular to avoid wanderings into neighboring private properties. »

The Morbihan departmental council immediately filed a complaint with the Etel gendarmerie for vandalism. “These acts are unacceptable and deserve to be punished,” continues the department, which will work in the coming weeks to repair the damage.
