As part of the Coburg Glass Prize 2022 exhibition in the art collections of Veste Coburg, the audience voted for their favourites. The audience award for adult visitors, worth 2,000 euros, goes to Péter Borkovics from Hungary for his work “Vertical Reflections 2” (2020). The artist Ned Cantrell, who lives in Denmark, received the children and youth audience prize of 500 euros for his work “Inflatable Gray Dolphin” (2021). The exhibition, which is giving an overview of contemporary glass art for the fifth time, has had 18,000 visitors so far. It can be seen until September 25th.
