The corona wave in Bavaria may ebb – Bavaria

Is the fourth corona wave already ebbing in Bavaria? While the nationwide seven-day incidence rose significantly within a week – from around 387 to a good 452 – the value in Bavaria fell slightly over the same period, from 640 to just under 628 on this Monday. And while twelve district towns and districts in Bavaria recently passed the 1000 mark and had to go into an extensive regional lockdown, only seven regions met the hotspot criterion on Monday: the districts of Freyung-Grafenau, Mühldorf, Passau, Rottal-Inn, Traunstein as well as the city and district of Rosenheim.
