Comedians rewrite fairy tales

As the fairy tale uncle Hansel Oliver Pocher and Gretel Mirja Boes, Patrick Lindner guides them through the forest – and gives them tasks.
Oliver Pocher (43) and Mirja Boes (50) as Hansel and Gretel, who are stranded in the gingerbread house of the evil witch Bülent Ceylan (45): In the new format “Die Comedy Märchenstunde”, comedians are remodeling the old fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. On December 6th, 2021 the improv comedy starts at 8:15 pm on Sat.1 with a spontaneous reinterpretation of “Hansel and Gretel”. In the second episode on December 13th it will be the turn of “Cinderella”.
Patrick Lindner as a fairy tale uncle
In each episode a prominent theater director reads the fairy tales and gives the comedians tasks. In the first episode, pop singer Patrick Lindner plays the fairy tale uncle. He is supported by the “bards” Wigald Boning (54) and Volker Zack (50).
The parents of Hansel and Gretel, who send their children into the forest, embody Hella von Sinnen (62) and rapper Cossu (31). According to Sat.1, there is also Hans-Joachim Heist (72), better known as “heute show” Rumpelstiltskin Gernot Hassknecht.
